Establishment of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) National Authority, Operational Framework and Support Systems for the Philippines
(2004-2005)

 This was a project of the Philippine Inter-Agency Committee on Climate Change (IACCC), through the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) with funding assistance from the Royal Netherlands Government through the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The Manila Observatory was one of the contractors of the project. The klima – Climate Change Center of the Manila Observatory prepared the initial documents required from the contractor.
