Jose Ramon T. Villarin, S.J., Ph.D.
Fr. Villarin is the Head of the Climate Studies Division of the Manila Observatory and is a Professor at the Physics Department of the Ateneo de Manila University.
His research interests include large scale atmospheric dynamics, renewable energy (wind), air pollution meteorology and chemistry and atmospheric instrumentation and optics.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Ateneo de Manila University, a Master of Science in Physics from the Marquette University and a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
