| Dr. Celine May Vicente
Dr. Vicente is the Manager of the Center for Environmental Geomatics of the Manila Observatory.
Her on-going research projects include High-Resolution [Satellite-based] Population Mapping for Metro Manila as part of Air Quality GIS, Climate Change Impacts Review and the Use of AIRSAR and other satellite imageries for Urban Poverty Morphology.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of the Philippines , a Master of Science in Human Settlements Development from the Asian Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Human, Economic and Regional Geography from the University of Paris .
